Q1: How do I subscribe to a membership?
A: Please visit our site at www.fatburnextreme.com => Click Log in => Fatburn Members Area => Buy Fatburn Subscriptions => Option 1 – Monthly Subscription / Option 2 – Annual Subscription => Sign up now => If you have a discount code please enter it on the page which follows. => Proceed to checkout and follow payment steps on the next page.

Q2: How do I download music?
A: Please visit our site at www.fatburnextreme.com => Click Log in => Fatburn Members Area => Fatburn Downloads => Workout Downloads => Select from the two current monthly tracks listed => Download Music Track.

Q3: When do the new tracks come out?
A: Your new track is released on the 20th of each month and will be waiting for you when you log in.  Monthly tracks are live for a period of 2 months.  You should download your track when it becomes available.

Q4: I lost / forgot to download my track this month, can you send it to me?
A: Tracks are managed and stored by our IT team.  Unfortunately, we are unable to replace tracks which you have lost or forgotten to download them.  We recommend backing these up on a second device.

Q5: Why can I only see marketing downloads?
A: You can only see tracks when you if you are an active subscriber.  You may still need to start your subscription or it may have run out.

Q6: How do I buy kit?
A: Please visit our website at www.fatburnextreme.com => Click Clothing => Select desired items from our range listed.

Q7: Where is the next instructor course?
A: Please visit our website at www.fatburnextreme.com => Click the Become an Instructor graphic => All current courses will be listed on the next page.

Q8: How do I put my class on the map?
A: Please visit our website at www.fatburnextreme.com => Click Log in => Fatburn Members Area => Add your class venue to map => Complete all required details => Add marker

Q9: I need to amend / remove my class details on the map?
A: Please see FAQ’s section of our website and complete the form at the bottom of the page with all the details to be updated.

Q10: How do I cancel my Fatburn Extreme subscription?
A: Please go to our website at www.fatburnextreme.com => Click Log In => Account => Profile => Scroll down to Recent Orders => From there scroll to your first subscription payment of £7.99 => View => Related Subscriptions => View => You will see now see ‘Actions’ and ‘Cancel’.
